SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES

Our online business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Orders are shipped via DHL Express. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@daughtersofindia.net

We endeavour to process orders within 1–2 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

PRICING & DUTIES

All prices displayed include Belgian VAT (21%) and any applicable import duties. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no additional charges on delivery. We handle all customs clearance through DHL so there are no surprise fees at your door.

Standard Shipping

Delivery estimate: 5–8 business days from dispatch. Cost: €15

Express Shipping

Delivery estimate: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Cost: €25

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on orders over €250. Delivery estimate: 5–8 business days from dispatch.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Daughters of India’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of holiday periods, customs processing, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery. Daughters of India is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

Daughters of India offers tracking for all orders, however Daughters of India does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, please contact us at hello@daughtersofindia.net and we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.

Shipping & Returns

Our slow fashion garments are handcrafted in India and shipped to you from our warehouse in Tweed Heads, NSW.

We endeavour to process your order within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Love it or swap it — you have 30 days from shipment to return any piece for store credit — valid five years, on anything we make.

Lodge your return through our Returns Portal — it takes about two minutes.
Post your return with any tracked carrier, and keep your receipt until your credit lands.
Pieces come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
Once your return arrives, we process it within 5 business days.
Final sale pieces aren’t eligible. Faulty pieces are always made right.
